I began working with Tracy Mitchell quite some time ago on this table for a house we were building in the mountains. Tracy was a pleasure to work with, and helped me to design a complex contemporary design involving custom woodwork and steel legs. Tracy's input and professionalism during this process was terrific, and she was highly responsive to emails and phone calls. I also felt that her pricing was fair.

This was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had purchasing a high-end product that I found on line and by the way I had never even heard of this company. The knowledge, kindness and professionalism of this family is beyond perfect. There are many decisions to be made when purchasing a Billiard table of this quality such as size, design, rail, felt colors,etc. They provided me with samples of everything upon request. I chose the delivery date and ended up having to extend it 2 more weeks and there was not one minute of hesitation from them. When I gave them the final delivery date they even gave me a one-hour window for installation and were right on target.
